1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Billboard Plug or purchasing a billboard advertising campaign through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Billboard Advertising Services
Billboard Plug provides access to billboard advertising campaigns, creative services, campaign coordination, and related advertising services.
Billboard inventory may be provided through third-party billboard networks and media providers. Availability, display schedules, traffic estimates, and other inventory information may change.
3. Billboard Availability
Billboard availability is not guaranteed until a campaign has been accepted and scheduled. A billboard shown as available on the website may become unavailable before campaign fulfillment.
If a selected billboard becomes unavailable, Billboard Plug may contact the customer to offer an alternative location, campaign adjustment, account credit, or other available resolution.
4. Campaign Pricing
Prices shown on Billboard Plug are the prices charged for the selected Billboard Plug campaign package and may include media costs, campaign management, creative services, administrative costs, and other applicable service charges.
Pricing may vary based on billboard location, campaign duration, availability, demand, and other advertising requirements.
5. Payment
Payment is required according to the terms shown during checkout. Campaign preparation and scheduling may not begin until payment has been successfully received.
6. Artwork Requirements
Customers may submit their own advertising artwork or purchase design services from Billboard Plug when available.
Customer-supplied artwork must meet the applicable billboard network's technical, content, sizing, and approval requirements.
Submission of artwork does not guarantee approval. Advertising networks may reject or request changes to creative that does not meet their requirements.
7. Customer Content
By submitting logos, images, photographs, trademarks, advertising copy, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials for the requested advertising campaign.
You authorize Billboard Plug and its advertising fulfillment partners to use the submitted materials solely as necessary to prepare, review, deliver, and display your campaign.
8. Prohibited Advertising
Advertising may be rejected if it violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains deceptive or unlawful material, or violates the policies of an advertising network or billboard owner.
9. Campaign Scheduling
Requested campaign dates are subject to availability, creative approval, network scheduling, and operational requirements.
Billboard Plug does not guarantee an exact number of displays, impressions, views, or traffic unless explicitly stated in a written campaign agreement.
10. Estimated Impressions and Traffic
Traffic counts, impressions, audience estimates, and similar metrics displayed on the website are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether media inventory has already been reserved, creative services have begun, or campaign funds have been committed to a third-party advertising provider.
Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be communicated based on the status of the campaign.
12. Design Services
If Billboard Plug provides creative design services, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork before campaign submission.
Additional revisions or changes outside the purchased design scope may require additional fees.
13. Third-Party Services
Billboard Plug may rely on third-party companies for billboard inventory, campaign delivery, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and related services.
Those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billboard Plug will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or advertising services.
15. Website Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services when reasonably necessary.
